Ascorbic acid is present in many types of fruit and vegetables: lemon, orange, grapefruit, strawberries, kiwi, peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, tomato and in leafy green vegetables such as lettuce or radicchio.

How to use: The dose required by ministerial regulations is 1 gram per day to be taken orally, preferably divided into several doses, dissolving it in water or other beverage. We recommend a constant and daily intake.

Conservation rules and advice : Store in a cool, dry place (not in the fridge) away from sources of heat, light and humidity. Open the bag by cutting it on the upper corner, fill a clean empty jar (such as jam). You will use this jar for daily withdrawals. The bag should be closed tightly, secured with a clip and stored at room temperature in a pantry, preferably placing it in a second plastic bag.
