Quercetin, what is it and where is it obtained from?
Quercetin is a bioflavonoid present in various fruits (apples, olives, citrus fruits, berries, grapes) and vegetables (capers, tomatoes, onions, broccoli). It is also present in red wine and tea.
Quercetin , in nature, is not present in isolated form, therefore it is extracted from plants to obtain a pure substance and allow the formulation of concentrated supplements.
Much sought after, especially in this particular period, so much so that in many states stocks are running out.
Warnings: Do not exceed the indicated daily dose. If you are taking treatments with antiplatelet agents and oral anticoagulants, consult your doctor before starting to take quercetin.
